Covered in rich shades of orange, red and gold, this stunning installation is like nothing else we’ve seen in the capital.

14 Hills, City of London

What: So named for its lofty location 14 floors above street level, 14 Hills is another of D&D group's glamorous ventures. You might know it from Instagram already though, thanks to its lush evergreen canopy of trailing plants and sprawling greenery. Large trees dotted around the dining room create the effect of being inside some sort of enchanted forest, but it's the ripples of soft pinks throughout the space that make its colour palette so striking.

What: Tattu’s lavish, pseudo-Chinese decor includes a sprawling purple cherry blossom tree taking centre stage in its Dragon Courtyard. It's utterly over the top and kind of ridiculous, but we’re also totally here for it. Order one of its Cherry Blossom Negronis to sip on while you take in your surroundings.

What: Dalloway Terrace gets a seasonal makeover a couple of times a year, but we think it’s at its best in spring.
